Everything Everywhere Ltd is a U.K. based company, which runs Britain’s most famous mobile brands - Orange and T-Mobile. Everything Everywhere sought to standardize delivery mechanism across locations... and improve operational efficiency. Infosys BPO was selected for the project based on our consistency record. T-Mobile, a part of Everything Everywhere Limited, is Britain's largest communications company with a combined customer base of over 30 million people and 700 retail stores. Rio Tinto, a leading mining group, sought to integrate its procurement outsourcing operations with finance and accounting function. The group also wanted to set up an offshore Center of Excellence but lacked labor to... address the mandates. The mining major partnered with Infosys BPO in two separate projects - Project Palm and Project Beech, to address their challenge and continue their growth story. Infosys helped Rio Tinto streamline operations and save 400,000 Euros and enabled significant process improvements.
