Infosys BPO Poland is part of Infosys BPO – a subsidiary of Infosys, the global provider of integrated business and technology consulting, outsourcing and IT services.
Infosys BPO Poland located in Lodz – and operating since October 2007 – provides outsourcing services for clients in many European countries. The BPO center’s key areas of specialization include: finance, accounting and procurement services, logistics, database management, as well managing advanced services such as risk management, tax management and consulting.
Infosys BPO Poland employs over 1,500 professionals, and is the largest Infosys location outside India, offering BPO and ITO services across 28 geographies in 20 languages.
Infosys BPO Poland is one of the biggest BPO centers in Poland and a leading employer in the Lodz region. The majority of Infosys BPO employees are university graduates, with a good many of them holding specialist certifications, master of business administration (MBA) degrees and other postgraduate diplomas.
The Lodz center actively cooperates with local universities, namely, the Lodz University and the Lodz Technical University. As a member of their business councils, Infosys BPO conducts lectures and organizes internship programs for some of the brightest students from these campuses.
Infosys BPO Poland also partners with the City of Lodz and is, additionally, a founding member of the Association of Business Service Leaders in Poland (ABSL) – a flagship organization representing the BPO/SSC sector in Poland.
