About the opportunity
Level 1 IT helpdesk support for a US-based retail company. This is a pioneer account based in Alabang.
Responsibilities
- Formulate the unstructured information gathered into a formal requirement
- Raise and close tickets for IT-related issues
- Monitor and follow up on existing IT tickets
Required Skill Sets
- Graduate with / without relevant BPO experience
- Technical understanding of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office and other basic software applications
- Sound analytical ability
- Ability to navigate common user interface elements
- Fluency in English language
- Excellent listening skills – ability to understand ambiguous information as well as analyze and consolidate usable data
- Communicate to the user in a language that the user is most comfortable with
- Demonstrate patience, passion for problem solving, ability to use knowledge bases and other tools

About the opportunity
Customer service for a UK-based dairy manufacturing company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound telephone calls, ensure resolution of customer complaints and queries (including orders, delivery issues, and invoicing
- Accurately update relevant systems used in the process, i.e., update order, customer information, etc., as necessary
- Enable up-selling and cross-selling; proactively sell the account’s products and promotions
- Interface with depots and other relevant internal parties to resolve queries and complaints
- Escalate issues as needed and ensure resolution
- Follow up on open issues
- Influence efficiency and quality metrics in a significant way
- Maintain general files, reports, and / or trackers
- Participate in training, huddles, and coaching sessions to keep abreast of account updates

Required Skill Sets
- Graduate with BPO experience
- Should have good business communication skills – spoken and written
- Quick learner with an ability to grasp the nuances of the job
- Fluency in English
- Ability to lead discussions, summarize learners' thoughts and direct them to a closure
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High energy levels and ability to complete tasks in a timely and organized manner
- Behavioral skills – self-motivated, assertive, responsible and accountable; team player.
