Aniket R. Maindarkar

Associate Vice President/ Head of Americas - Delivery, Infosys BPO

Aniket Maindarkar Aniket joined Infosys in 2001 and Infosys BPO in December, 2005. He currently manages operations and delivery in the Americas, and client relationships and sales in Latin America and Canada.

In addition to overseeing financial, operational and revenue goals, his focus is on growth strategies, driving best practices, cost efficiencies, and end-to-end solutions.

Prior to assuming his current role in 2010, Aniket was the Global Head for Marketing, Alliances and Sourcing Advisors, and Analysts (channels). Between 2005 and 2010, he helped scale several BPO industry verticals including Retail, CPG and Logistics, Media and Entertainment, and Healthcare, and Life Sciences from $1 million to over $40 million.

Aniket has 17 years of experience in the technology and services industry, transforming client operations to derive value from their shared service and technology initiatives. He has also assisted several CXOs in shared services, outsourcing strategies and executions. Prior to joining Infosys in 2001, he was a Business Development Head for Patni. Aniket started his career with CMC banking practice and soon after, spearheaded Knight-Ridder's (now Reuters) India-entry strategy and execution.

Aniket holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a master's degree in Business Management - Marketing.


Madhusudan Menon

Center Head, Atlanta DC, Infosys BPO  

Madhu Menon Madhu has been with Infosys BPO for over six years and is currently the Onshore Delivery Head, North America (Atlanta). He is a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, North America, and the Deutsche Bank Round Table Forum for Service Excellence.

In his current role, Madhu is responsible for end-to-end delivery and governance operations. He is proficient in the Global Business Operating model and Client Project Management. He set up the Philippines Delivery Center, growing the employee strength to 1000. He was instrumental in achieving the International ICT Awards 2010 - Most Innovative BPO Company of the Year, Philippines.

Madhu has over 15 years of experience, with a decade in the BPO industry. His expertise spans setup of geo delivery locations, viable go-to market strategies and business development for smooth transition of projects. Prior to joining Infosys BPO, Madhu was a General Manager with Accenture’s Banking and Insurance domain, also playing a key role in a $1.3 billion transformation deal.

Madhu holds a dual master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing and General Management.
