Asia

Infosys BPO has two centers in Asia – Hangzhou, China and Manila, Philippines. These delivery centers support data processes such as quote to cash, finance and accounting, knowledge services (sector and corporate research analysis), financial data extraction and processing, and procurement and master data maintenance. We provide voice processes in Korean, Thai, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Japanese, and front-office and end-user interaction support in English.
