Asheesh Mehra

Head - Asia Pacific, Japan and Middle East, Infosys BPO

Asheesh Mehra Asheesh Mehra heads Asia Pacific, Japan and Middle East regions of Infosys BPO. He also manages operations for Infosys' delivery centres at Manila (Philippines) and Hangzhou (China). Asheesh is an outsourcing veteran with over 11 years of cross-industry, global sourcing experience. He has driven business transformation through outsourcing for several Fortune 500 companies.

He led WNS' insurance BPO practice and was a member of the start-up management team at Msource, a pure-play BPO firm, a part of the Mphasis Group. Asheesh was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives in the areas of market penetration, operational excellence, organizational development, and transition during his tenure at Msource, TCS Intelenet and WNS.

Asheesh holds a marketing degree from the University of Western Sydney, Australia and bachelor's degree in Hospitality from the Welcome Group School of Hotel Management, Manipal. He was conferred with "People's choice for Personal Contribution to Industry - APAC” award by SSON in 2011 and "Thought Leader of the year - Asia" award by SSON in 2010.

Michael Wong

Head - China, Infosys BPO

Michael Wong Michael oversees BPO delivery across all engagements and is responsible for managing finance, operations, and client relationships in China.

Michael has over eleven years of experience in hi-tech, semiconductor and BPO industries. He has worked in Silicon Valley in the US and has been working in China since 2002. He has served in various roles primarily financial and business management and has specifically been involved in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, operations, and client management.

Michael was responsible for optimizing operations and process improvement initiatives across multiple accounts in retail, manufacturing, and financial services, prior to the current Delivery Head role. He particularly focuses on order management, F&A, and sourcing / procurement domains.

He has also worked in a start-up semiconductor foundry, prior to joining Infosys. He has setup and managed corporate finance and investor relations functions which included raising equity through private placement from various investors.

Michael is responsible for the growth and expansion of Infosys BPO footprint and delivery in China. He is also responsible for engaging with existing and new clients on business transformation and process re-engineering initiatives. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the US.
