The Procurement Centre of Excellence (PCoE) in Lodz aims to create, enhance and demonstrate capabilities in procurement transactions.
Our S&P practice can provide and handle global end-to-end procurement services. We enhance people capability by developing knowledge and service capability by sharing practices, and oversee their adoption (where relevant), enhancing service capabilities, where these are inadequate or do not exist.
Our PCoE focuses on end-to-end procurement services, specified platforms and commodities we serve.
