Established in August 2004, the Brno Delivery Center (DC) in the Czech Republic is the first European office of Infosys BPO. With a team of 350 highly skilled professionals from across five continents, we provide multi-lingual end-to-end services. Domain expertise, language capabilities, and cultural proximity are our key differentiators.
Our Brno staff are proficient in as many as 25 European languages and already provide services in 15 of these to clients. The language proficiency caters to complex voice and transaction processing activities.
Brno DC has a proven track record of successful operations by deploying the Global Delivery Model (GDM). GDM-based services combine delivery capabilities of India, Mexico, the Czech Republic, and China centers. Our experienced workforce have helped in numerous successful transitions within and outside of Europe.
Our Brno DC offers capabilities across the Infosys BPO services line, and as of September 2011, our operations also include:

- Underwriter Support (Insurance)
- Partner Support Services that focus on analytics and business advisory to leverage the sales potential of client companies
