Krystian Bestry

European Delivery Head, Infosys BPO

Krystian BestryKrystian Bestry joined Infosys BPO in 2007 as Operations Manager for Philips Royal Electronics, EMEA. In 2008, he was promoted to the position of Center Head of Infosys BPO Poland, and assumed the role of the Infosys BPO European Delivery Head in 2010.

Krystian started his career with Deloitte where he was responsible for administering financial audit projects for Deloitte’s clients including Alcatel, Provimi Holding, Greenbrier, PZM and PGF. In 2004, Krystian joined the Lodz-based Philips Shared Service Center (SSC). He was responsible for transitioning Finance & Accounting (F&A) projects at the General Ledger team. He also played a key role in transitioning the Philips captive SSC into Infosys BPO in 2007. In 2008-09, Krystian led a center with employee strength of 900, while also heading Philips EMEA operations.

Krystian is the Vice-President of the Board of the Association of Business Service Leaders (ABSL), a business services sector’s representative body in Poland, with leading Polish industry players among its members

Krystian holds a master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Lodz. He is also a qualified accountant from the Polish Ministry of Finance.


Rafal Drygala

Center Head, Infosys BPO Czech Republic

Rafal Drygala Rafal Drygala joined Infosys BPO in October 2007 as a Service Manager, Knowledge Services, AR and banking operations for Philips Royal Electronics, EMEA. In 2008, Rafal became a Business Manager at the Infosys BPO Delivery Centre in Brno, Czech Republic. He was responsible for co-managing the DC, handling business functions and heading the Finance and Accounting EMEA operations for a Fortune 500 leader in building efficiency, automotive and power solutions.

Since December 2008, he has been leding a Centre of 350 employees across 35 nationalities, delivering various services for eight global corporations in 15 different languages.

Rafal graduated in 2000 and worked with Deloitte© for four years. He was involved in financial audit projects for Deloitte© clients including KGHM, Impexmetal©, Mostostal Zabrze©, TV Polsat, and BOT.

Rafal holds a master’s degree in Organization and Management from the Technical University of Lodz.


Agnieszka Jackowska-Durkacz

Center Head, Infosys BPO Poland

Agnieszka Jackowska Agnieszka Jackowska-Durkacz joined Infosys BPO as Human Resource Manager, Infosys BPO Europe in October 2007. In 2010, she was promoted to Center Head, Infosys BPO Poland.

Prior to Infosys BPO, Agnieszka worked at Philips Lighting, Poland for 10 years. She worked with the HR team in Sales, Control, Purchase, and Distribution. She became the HR Manager of Philips Lighting factory in Pabianice, Lodz. She was designated to establish the Philips Shared Service Center in Lodz. During her tenure at Philips Shared Service Center, Lodz, as HR Manager, the center grew to 800 employees.

Agnieszka holds a degree in Sociology and postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from the Lodz University. She is a certified International Coaching Community (ICC) trainer.
