Speaker profile

Madhukar has 20 years of experience in transformation and reengineering, in various industries. His focus is on driving growth, managing business transformation, and realizing business value by leveraging multiple levers to reengineer business processes.

Madhukar has skills in designing various frameworks to assess organizational efficiencies, which drive material impact to businesses. In addition, he has authored several POVs on operational excellence and transformation, and co-chaired panels at various industry forums.

Madhukar holds a degree in mechanical engineering, is a postgraduate in industrial engineering, and a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
